But when you can release those limiting beliefs and change those little voices to positive statements and affirmations, a whole new world opens to you.  I empower and inspire you to find direction, clarity, and confidence so you can live a positive, healthy life with a deeper purpose.

 

You are whole, capable, and complete, in fact you have all the answers from within, an internal wisdom and guidance.  You are amazing and have the potential to accomplish anything!  I guide in realigning yourself with your authentic radiance, to be inspired by your greatness!

Life Coaching is not therapy/counseling, which focuses on the past and/or past-traumas.  

 

Each session is tailored just to you and together we address what is most pressing for you in the moment and move forward.​

 

When we start, I start with an optional guided meditation, a way to re-center and gain focus to create a more fulfilling experience.  I might "prescribe" reading materials, documentaries, or at-home exercises.
